REAL BUYER QUESTIONS

Answers Before the First Call.

How can I check whether a showcase supplier owns its factory?

Check the contracting company, production address and the processes performed at that site. Use a dated live walkthrough or site audit to establish who manufactures, inspects and takes responsibility for the order.

Will a Chinese showcase factory accept a small order?

There is no universal minimum order. Ask separately about one prototype, a small batch and a complete-store program. The accepted quantity and unit cost depend on the structure, materials, tooling and production setup and must be confirmed in the quotation.

Can I review a 3D store concept before manufacturing?

Use a 3D concept to review appearance and merchandising direction, then approve technical drawings, material samples and critical details separately. Confirm design fees, revision limits and deliverables before work begins.

How long will manufacturing my showcases take?

Timing depends on the approved design, quantity, material availability and production capacity. The quotation must state whether timing begins after deposit clearance, drawing approval, sample approval or all listed conditions, and whether days are working or calendar days.
